Since a few weeks I have problems downloading data via Sierracharts. These are weekly charts, I open them at the weekends only.
Data for about 10 of 24 charts are wrong, but are corrected when I go to each chart and direct Sierrachart to refresh all data for the symbol.
The good people from Sierrachart claim that DTN is sending wrong data, so would you please take a look at it?
As example I have attached a text-files for EURUSD: the first part showing the (wrong) last few entries after the initial download and the second part the data after refreshing.
File Attached: LastTwoWeeksEURUSD merged with after refresh.txt (downloaded 1625 times)

Hello FGBL07,
What is the actual symbol you are looking at within Sierra Charts for EURUSD? Are you looking at the Future contract @EU#, @EUM12, or are you looking at the FOREX currency pair EURUSD.FXCM or EURUSD.COMP?
Thanks

I'm using the symbol EUS$Y.
But this problem is probably resolved: Sierrachart has made some changes to their program. They claim that DTN changed a protocol.
Whatever, I'll test their new version this weekend.
Many Thanks for your help.

I just downloaded the weekly data again and the changes made by Sierrachart seem to work, the charts look alright now.
There is one chart for which the high of this week is wrong by a factor of 100 (decimal is missing): ASX All Ordinaries, Symbol SYDI.X, see attachment.
Many Thanks.
