Hi, this is Klaus. I find the Eurex data blocked since 5pm GMT the second day in a row, something like this is never happened before. Yesterday it were announced ' there were a configuration problem ' on provider's side, but why is the same problem today again ?

Unfortunately, the fix we implemented yesterday did not completely solve the problem. I apologize for any inconvience this may have caused and we are working dilligently to correct the problem.
