John, these data come like a hurrican, I just demanded @ESH6 and @YMH6 / 5 Min / 2 days just for test, I gave in the symbol, pressed enter and 5 seconds later I had the chart

Hi, this is Klaus. I find the Eurex data blocked since 5pm GMT the second day in a row, something like this is never happened before. Yesterday it were announced ' there were a configuration problem ' on provider's side, but why is the same problem today again ?

Hi, to tried to login as well as every morning, but I got the message :
' Sorry, your Product and/or Service for the attempted login are incorrect. If you have recently changed products you may also need to change your type of service. '
I have never changed anything on software or contract to the provider. What is happened to be faced by ths message ?
