Posted: Feb 4, 2017 10:54 AM Msg. 1 of 2 Hello - I just installed the latest version of the IQFeed client v 5.2.5.0 and now am getting the attached error message when trying to use either EXCEL or my IRT trading software. I haven't had this problem before, but needed some help to resolve. I have a message into support also, but thought I would cover the forum base also in case someone picks this up sooner. DTN_CurtisT -DTN Technical Support- Posts: 323 Joined: Jun 14, 2007	Posted: Feb 5, 2017 04:29 PM Msg. 2 of 2 Hello Rick, after looking at your screenshot, it appears that the Microsoft Redist file did not install properly to your system. of which the MSVCP110.dll is a part of. So what you will need to do is download this file via this link: www.iqfeed.net\vcredist_x86_2012u4.exe. Once installed, re-install IQFeed from the website. Once that completed try connecting again like you normally do. If you are still having issues please let us know.
