On May 23 2013, the SP500-55.x (utilities S&P 500 sector), the data does not look correct:

And on the TNX.XO and TYX.XO (10 year / 30 year yield), it seems data is missing from 9:30am to 11:30am on June 3.

Maybe there is a reason for these, but I thought I would ask anyway. Thanks!

Hello Josh, I am seeing the same thing here for all three symbols and have forwarded it to our Market Data Services Dept. for further investigation. As soon as we hear back from them we will let you know what they discover and/or when it will be corrected.

If you have any other problems or questions please let us know.

Thanks.

Hello Josh, here is what we have received from our Market Data Services dept. in regards to these three symbols.

The SP500-55.X data is correct, this was caused by a big drop in the DJ Utilities on 5/23. The CBOE Treasury index charts on 6/3 was what was sent by the exchange. This was due to an issue with the calculation of the indexes, no corrected values were sent by the exchange.

If you have any other problems or questions please let us know.

Thanks.
