It would be helpful for me to have sub-second timestamps on trade data for heavily traded futures.

We don't currently have any plans to provider higher timestamp resolution on our IQFeed service. We do provide higher resolution on our NxCore data service currently. Information about NxCore is available at www.nanex.net.
