i quote from your iqfeed website: "8 calendar days of tick (every regular session trade) " NOT TRUE!!! i'm only getting 4 days of tick data now, but only if i download it on fri, 3 days on sat, and only 2 days on sun. either deliver the tick data as promised or change the frigging website and quit lying about what is promised verses what is actually delivered. i'm paying the 8 calendar days of tick data, so figure out a way to deliver it or cut your prices to reflect the new reality (highly unlikely). i used to be able to refresh the prior weeks worth of tick data on all my symbols on sunday. not any more. i've put up with this crap to give you a break with the increased surge of ticks, but if your servers can't handle the extra load, then i'm out of here.

Hi multitrak and thanks for taking the time to post. We have a new tick server in QA and it is currently scheduled for release next weekend. This will not only allow us to provide the 8 days, but also increase it down the road. It also adds exchange tick correction to our tick and minute data, so there are additional enhancements included.
