it worked fine last weekend, however, i can't seem to d/l more than 2 days worth of tick history for any symbol today on either of the 148 or 156 server farms. i should be able to d/l up 7 days worth of tick data using the DS history downloader. i can get up to 90 days of daily data on all symbols just fine using the same downloader.

I apologize for the delay in this response.
We have had to temporarily scale back the 148 server farm tick data due to hardware constraints. It is actually scaled back to 4 days but since that currently includes a weekend, you will only receive 2 trading days for most symbols. This only affects tick data. Minute, daily, weekly, and monthly data is unaffected -edit to clarify the weekend- Edited by DTN_Steve_S on Jul 30, 2007 at 06:06 PM |
