Good morning,
Were you receiving level one data during the same time frame or do you have any logging that might help us to understand what may of happened?
There were no similar reports during that time, so I don't have anything I can offer with what I know currently. You could also email me your user information to the developer email and I can look to see if there is anything that looks odd on our end as far as any account permission changes.

I was indeed receiving level 1 data. I logged all data I was receiving and can clearly see I have all level 1 but no level 2.

Ok, sounds good. One other thought, were you up and running over the weekend or did you restart your app and issue fresh watches on your symbols Monday morning?
I'll get back with you as soon as I know more one way or the other.

I was up and running over the weekend. However I always stop watching around 30 minutes after closing hour (22:30) and restart watching the day after around 30 minutes before the opening (7:30)

I never received an email, but no I found no reason to believe there was any system issue on this side. If you have more details you can offer just sent it over to the developer email and we can see if anything else can be found.
