Today IQF disconnected at 06:02:36 and reconnected at 06:09:09.

I was connected both to .148 and -156 using two accounts and two different internet connections and locations (running both IQF 5.x and prior.)

3 questions:

1) Why does a disconnect occur on two different farms at the same time?
2) Why does the reconnect take about 7 minutes?
3) Did you register any problems at your site that could confirm the disconnect?

Good morning AHA,

I am sorry you had issues this morning. This appears to have been an issue on the cloud or perhaps the local ISP as a 7 minute outage of both farms would have been a catastrophic event for us and we had no reports this morning of connection issues.

As to what occured with your connection during the time you were unable to connect, it is impossible for me to know, perhaps a piece of hardware failed at one of the ISP providers along the way this preventing you from reaching us. But, this is not something you can troubleshoot after the fact unfortunately.
