PBOT indexes and DAX.X are not updating at this time. DTN's ticker team is looking into it currently. More information to follow....

could this be the same issue causing SOX.X and SPX.X to not be updating as well?

The SOX.X issue is contained within Jay's statement. The SPX.XO is not, this has been resolved in most cases by either a restart of the system or just reconnecting to the IQfeed.
