Level 1 bids appear "stuck" on some issues. For example, QQQQ has shown a bid at 41.48 (size 500) for about 10 minutes now, while the ask is below 41.48.

QQQQ seems to be updating normally now.

Yup, much better. I don't think it's an IQ issue but rather stale data from one of the exchanges. Just never saw this condition persist for such a long interval before.
