Hi I see symbol ANTGF is going to have split event tomorrow. However, the iqfeed fundamental data doesn't have it listed as of now:
Split Factor 1 Date 0001-01-01

And some other stock I checked such as GECC ddi not even have past split events listed.

I am wondering your split data's update schedule and coverage? Does it always list split event before it happen? Does it include all stocks, pink, OTC etc?

ANTGF is a NASDAQ symbol. Splits for NASDAQ symbols are never entered before the day of the split. I would expect that new split to appear tomorrow. (NYSE symbols can, sometimes, be updated in advance, and have a 'last split' date that is in the future.)

I will investigate why GECC's splits aren't listed. If you can provide any other symbols you know of that are missing split data, we can investigate and add it where appropriate.

Thanks. When you say 'appear tomorrow', does split update always appear BEFORE market OPEN on the day of split?

I will let you know if I find more missing split data.

I don't know the exact timing of the update.

As for GECC, I did not find any history of any splits. I know there are some online websites that mention it, but I could not find any official documentation. GECC merged with Full Circle CApital in 2016 (http://www.investor.greatelmcc.com/node/6246/pdf). GECC declared three monthly distributions of $0.083 per share through December 2020. These can be paid in cash, stock, or a combination thereof. In cases like this, where the shareholder as han option of receiving stock or cash, these can be treated as a dividend. GECC does show a most recent dividend date that would match this payout.

I should also mention that we entered the 1-for-20 reverse split in this stock dated today. This has been corrected in IQ history and should now be visible.

Furthermore: the stock symbol changed from ANTGF to ANTGD just prior to the split, and it is now listed under ANTGD. This is typical for OTC stocks that undergo reverse splits – a fifth letter “D” is added to the symbol or replaces the previous fifth letter. This is a temporary symbol and after a few days the symbol will revert to ANTGF. This symbol change is an industry standard and not unique to DTN.

FNGU is still missing its recent 10:1 split event on 2/12/2021. Can you add that to the Fundamental message, please?

(The Daily data are adjusted, but we need that Split event to adjust the intraday properly.)

IQ Feed only adjusts Daily data for splits. Intraday data is not adjusted.

I understand that only Daily is adjusted by IQFeed. We use the Fundamental message to adjust our intraday data too.

Update:
Disregard the split in 2017. That one was for the previous VXX series, which was delisted.

I agree. I should have read the thread above which I responded too.

I am assuming that our market data team will be getting the daily data adjusted shortly. I am still waiting for a reply from them in regard to these symbol(s).

We have applied the 1-for-4 reverse split to VXX effective today, and also to the underlying index VXX.IV.X.

This only applies to DAILY data.

As noted in follow-up post, the 2017 split referenced below was for a previous iteration of this fund which is now under a different symbol.

For the VXX date issue today, I am not sure if it's keyed in manually. I am wondering if you have any procedure in place to prevent it from happening again? This could cause big loss when price is missed by 400%. thanks
