Hi: the data on the equities are delayed 15 min the futures & indices are OK.
only when i click on the symbol to open a chart than it backfills the symbol and chart but it don't refresh.

If your equities are delayed 15 minutes, you are not authorized for real time data. Please contact customer support with your loginID and they can get you authorized for real time data. 15 minutes is the exchange mandated delay for Nasdaq if you are not authorized for real time data.
