It appears to me that time stamps on regional quotes are mostly PST (over 99%) for QQQQ, DIA, and SPY which are the only stocks on which I watch regional quotes. Time stamps on "Q" messages are all EST.
1. Are there plans to make time stamps consistent with the upcoming release? 2. Will second resolution be added to regional quotes at the same time as "Q" quotes?

I'm looking into this. AFAIK, nothing should be sent in PST - if it is, we'll get it fixed soonest.
I'll post more when I know more.

Thanks. I'm in California, but can't imagine why it would be adjusted to local time.
