"If you are serious about your trading I would not rely on IB data for serious daytrading. Took me a while to justify the cost of IQ Feed and in the end, it's just a 2 point stop on ES. Better safe than sorry" - Comment from Public Forum

I was able to download the API docs last week and I was able to replicate Interactive Brokers historical bar queries and realtime bar queries over the weekend. That was about one of the fastest integrations that I've ever done and it works perfectly!!!!" - Comment from Jason via Email

I am looking for volume stats for CBOE options and came across the following symbols:

VCCA.Z "CBOE Calls Volume Up" ; and
DCCA.Z "CBOE Calls $ Vol Up"

Both have different values.

Could you explain the difference in this information?

Also, where can I see All available DTN and Market generated statistics?

I have tried using your symbol lookup and web page but unless you know exactly what you are looking for this wasn't very helpful.

Do you intend to make such data more accessible?

Many thanks

The first symbol is representative of the volume of all CBOE calls that are up on the day. The second is each of those calls price x their respective volume.

As to the symbol lookup section, someone in the DTNiq product department should address that.
