I've used your dtniq charting (and other components) for 2 months now and find overall it's a fine basic software application. I understand you're working on an updated version, so I'd like to offer a couple of ideas for useful changes you might consider implementing:
1] Workspaces: when a user closes (and saves) a workspace, the application has trouble saving two or more charts (of differing sizes and locations) if they have the same symbol or different time intervals. When you open the workspace again, all the saved charts end up as the same size and in the same location. I've found a workaround of sorts, but it would be helpful if it wasn't needed.
2] Formatting and Readability: the grid color of a chart is tied to the color of a candlestick's outline border and horizontal closing mark (for unchanged time intervals). Having these two color settings independent of each other would be useful. If they were independent, you could set the grid color to be less prominent (as background reference) and then set the outline border and horizontal closing mark to be more prominent so as to define the images and improve readability.
3] Symbol Dropdown Menu: being able to delete a symbol you no longer are using would help to keep your charts easier to use and clutter-free.
4] Other Functions: some members of your support department have mentioned a couple of other issues your software developers are working on to me, so I'll steer clear of mentioning them.
Thank you for putting out a very useful product and for working to improve it and make it even better. Its users appreciate your efforts. Paul

Thanks for the feedback Paul! I will make sure all of these issues are on the development list. I can assure you each of these will be addressed and you will be VERY happy with the new workspace and charting components.
