Can any one help? IQ Feed Stopped working for no reason yesterday.

I tried IQConnect Diagnostics. However, this failed to connect to IQ Feed or to validate steps apart from registering the application.

Here is the log file:

Good morning,

A few different anti-virus companies rolled out updates yesterday and in a few cases it reset permissions for the IQFeed application. We have had success just adding IQFeed into the anti-virus's trusted programs to resolve these issues. If you are having trouble though, please feel free to give us a call and we can try to help walk you through it.
