"IQ feed works very well, does not have all of the normal interruptions I have grown used to on *******" - Comment from Mark
"Version 4.0.0.2 has been working well for me and I appreciate that it is now a much tighter client to work with. I feel I can go to press with my own application and rely on a stable platform" - Comment from David in IA.
"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"I would just like to say that IQFeed version 4 is running very well and I am very happy with its performance. I would also like to extend a big thanks for the fast and efficient help that I always receive. My questions and concerns are always addressed promptly. Way to go!" - Comment from Josh in CO.
"DTN feed was the only feed that consistently matched Bloomberg feed for BID/ASK data verification work these past years......DTN feed is a must for my supply & demand based trading using Cumulative Delta" - Comment from Public Forum Post
"You have an excellent product !!!!!!" - Comment from Arely
"I am enjoying the feed very much - so superior to the broker provided feed I was previously using." - Comment from George
"If someone needs the best quality data and backfill beyond what their broker provides at a rate that is the best in the industry, I highly recommend IQFeed." - Comment from Josh via Public Forum
"I cannot believe what a difference it makes trading with ProphetX!" - Comment from Bruce in Los Angeles
"Boy, probably spent a thousand hours trying to get ******* API to work right. And now two hours to have something running with IQFeed. Hmmm, guess I was pretty stupid to fight rather than switch all this time. And have gotten more customer service from you guys already than total from them… in five years." - Comment from Jim

The addition of a new stock symbol, TRIN, has accelerated a planned symbol change for the DTN Calculated Statistics. They will now be formatted as our other Market Statistics with the trailing ".Z" on the symbol. The following DTN Calc symbols will change tonight, 4-5 Jan:

AMXTRIN -> AMXTRIN.Z
DJ-PREM -> DJ-PREM.Z
EM-PREM -> EM-PREM.Z
GI-PREM -> GI-PREM.Z
MD-PREM -> MD-PREM.Z
MV-PREM -> MV-PREM.Z
NASTICK -> NASTICK.Z
NASTRIN -> NASTRIN.Z
ND-PREM -> ND-PREM.Z
PCRATIO -> PCRATIO.Z
RM-PREM -> RM-PREM.Z
RL-PREM -> RL-PREM.Z
SP-PREM -> SP-PREM.Z
SP-PRM2 -> SP-PRM2.Z
TICK -> TICK.Z
TRIN -> TRIN.Z

Looks like there might be some wrinkles to be ironed out.

After close-of-market tonight when I fetched the last two days of tick history for the stock TRIN, there was no data for January 4th. However, when I fetched the last two days of tick history for TRIN.Z, on January 4th the missing data for the stock appears to be interleaved with the data for the statistic.

Can anyone else confirm?

Allen

I can't backfill data for TRIN on the 4th but the data for TRIN.Z sure looks like it has the last for TRIN mixed in it.
