hi all

can i cancel differents services for a few weeks for my holidays included "DTN IQFeed Core Service" and re-subscribe when i come back ??? or have i to keep feed core service to save my account spend this time ??

Chris,

The DTN IQFeed Core Service is the base level of service to maintain the account. Since IQFeed is a monthly service, you can cancel and re-subscribe at any time (assuming you aren't on an annual discounted term). There is a 15 day notice to cancel the base service however, so if you are only going to be out for a couple weeks it may not be beneficial. If you have any questions about the best route to take, please call into customer support and ask to be transferred to customer care. They will see what options would be most beneficial for you.

it's only for 3 weeks so i keep "feed core service", i only suspend differents exchanges services.
