Due to a software problem on the D8000 receivers, it is possible that your unit is in a constant state of reboot. If this is the case, please power cycle your D8000. If this doesn't resolve the problem, please contact customer support and we will ship a new receiver to you. We will be posting instructions for Computer Savvy users shortly which will allow you to hook a serial cable to your unit and correct the problem immediately.
Obviously, we are receiving high call volume due to this issue (current call queue of 15 minutes). If you are seeing this problem, you can alternatively email support@dtniq.com with your name and TID number along with a description of the problem you are seeing and we will get you taken care of.
This problem only effects users with a D8000 receiver.
