Is there any way to increase the timer value DTN uses for waiting on timeouts?

My network/ISP feed stopped for 45-60 secs this morning and DTN timed out. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but it takes me >10 minutes to crank up DTN. Extremely frustrating for DTN to not have a longer recoverability time built in to it.

In previous blowups, I thought DTN waited longer before giving up the ghost, but this morning it sure didn't.

Home gamers are not located next door to the DTN servers, with fabulous connections...

While I have the fastest consumer speed ISP link available in the U.S., it's never going to have 100% consistent uptime.
