Is headlines retrieval feature (NHT:[Types]:[Limit]:[Date];) available with basic subscription? In NewsSocketText_VC.exe all the buttons are disabled and all the boxes are empty. I run Windows ME with MSXML Parser 4.0 installed.

There is some news available with every IQFeed subscription. The issue you describe is more likely a bad install of IQFeed rather than an authorizations issue.
Just so you know, Windows ME is no longer officially supported by IQFeed. We won't restrict you from using it but, depending on what is actually wrong, we might not be able to help you get it running. Do any of the other example apps work for you? |
