Since 2010 I'm getting SPX.XO delayed by 20 minutes. What is the way to fix it?

Hello sir, the CBOE indexes became fee liabel on 1-1-10. it will now be $4.50 a mont to get them in real time. SPX.XO is included. otherwise they are delayed 20 min. If you would like to add them call us at 800/397-7000
