Hi. For the past few days I have been getting the error message "Failure Retrieving Login Information" when trying to login using IQFeed. I login from Italy (Milan).
Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi Arturo,

The log in failure could be caused by 1 of several things, but the most common is a firewall. If you were logging in before with no problems I would suspect that you may have received an update to your security software.
If that does not get it going please contact us directly so we can look up your account to be sure it is not a problem this end.
