Seems the new server platform delivers one set of regional quotes and then stops.
For example, I get R,QQQQ,AMEX,50.8800,50000,15:20:54,50.9800,50000,15:20:54,14,4, R,QQQQ,CSE,50.9200,107100,15:20:54,50.9300,122300,15:20:54,14,4, R,QQQQ,CHX,50.8200,22700,15:20:54,0,0,15:20:54,14,4, R,QQQQ,NYSE,50.9200,1000,15:20:54,50.9300,2000,15:20:54,14,4, R,QQQQ,PSE,50.9200,91400,15:20:54,50.9300,216900,15:20:54,14,4, R,QQQQ,NMS,50.9200,105000,15:20:54,50.9300,230600,15:20:54,14,4, R,QQQQ,PHLX,0.0100,100,15:20:54,999.0000,100,15:20:54,14,4, and no more regionals afterwards. |

Sorry for the delay, I am able to get updates for regional messages. Are you still seeing this behavior?
Can you tell me which server you are connected to? |

I found the discrepancy.
It appears that there is a bug in the new servers where turning on regionals after having already watched a symbol only gives you a snapshot. If you are not watching the symbol before turning on regional updates, then you will get the regional updates as well as the regular quote updates. so as a temporary workaround on your end, you can simply unwatch the symbol before turning the regionals on. |
