Roll rules can be diffrent for each commodity, so we list them by commodity root.

On the IQFeed.net Symbol Guide page (http://www.iqfeed.net/symbolguide/index.cfm?symbolguide=guide&displayaction=support§ion=guide&web=iqfeed) there is a box listing Future exchanges, click on an exchange link and the commodity roots for that exchange will be listed with roll rules for each.

It appears that you have made 22000 requests for invalid symbols. For instance the symbols RNWKD and CCTYQ do not exist in the IQ System.
We have a new software release and are investigating why the error you are receiving indicates an unauthorized user id.

After examining the suspect times and comparing against other data vendors it appears that there is no missing data. Other vendors show the same "gaps" in trades, though bids and asks were still being received.

There are a couple of factors that may explain what you are seeing. IQFeed uses the message time from the exchange to build it's interval data, depending on the exchange they may not be syncing with the Observatory or Boulder.
By default IQFeed labels the interval data before the minute, ie a tick at 16:34 is part of minute 17 (minute 16 having already passed), so it appears that IQ can start building the data a full minute before the time reflects the minute has completed.

I have confirmed that Level 1 data is working. What product are you using to connect to the system? What is your account#?
