You can submit new credit card billing information at https://www.dtniq.com/cftemplates/creditAuth.cfm You can use your LoginID for the TID. As for FTSE indexes, we have been offering FTSE data on our other product lines, but recently decided to only provide delayed data due to the lack of interest. The fees charged by the exchange to redistribute their data is higher than most, and with the lack of demand we have had for the day, we have decided to only provide delayed data on those products. If there would be a need for this data in delayed mode, we can look at adding it to IQ down the road however.
