FullyArticulate -DTN Guru- Posts: 332 Joined: Sep 22, 2005	Posted: Jan 24, 2006 11:39 AM Msg. 1 of 13 Is history not kept for the some CBOE indicies? MNX.XO IUX.XO Although GOX.XO and RLX.XO do seem to be kept. For both MNX.XO and IUX.XO I get "Invalid Symbol" from the history port.

Historical data for numerous markets is not displaying correctly. Probably not market specific; although the problem is slightly different with different contracts. Is it possible change was made and DDE-Links to Excel need to be re-copied after upgrading to TX 3.0.2.1? (That's the change I made since yesterday). LBH6 (almost completely), WH6 (mostly High, Volume, and Open Interest), CU6 is spotty with ome Open prices missing, same with SMK6.

EXQ.XO is a relatively new index which is what I was first looking for.

My customers are going to be confused when receiving "Invalid Symbol" for clearly valid (and in some cases highly promoted by CBOE) symbols, but not others. An RFE: Can we add history for these symbols? Thanks!

DTX.XO DUX.XO DXL.XO LSW.XO LSX.XO MUT.XO MVR.XO PFU.XO POQ.XO POU.XO POY.XO ... there are at least a dozen more powerpacks and I'm sure more symbols which should be covered.

The plan is for historical data for all index symbols should be available in approximately 60 days. There is no near-term solution available for this problem. At this time we are unable to display historical data for additional index symbols on the DTNiq product. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I currently receive no option chains or history for XSP.XO. At the very least, option chain information should be available even if you can't provide history for another 30 days. Thanks!
