If I start downloading one minute bars late at night, sometime around or after midnight my application starts to recieve !NONE! errors.
What are the time frames in which I can perform my downloads for the day without getting command rejections?

We do have a process that runs just after midnight (CST) that could have been the cause of this but we would like some more information so that we can verify. Do you happen to know the actual times and what symbols you were requesting?

There are about 2600 symbols and the download can run for a one to three or four hours (due to my connection speed). So I'm trying to find out a window either early at night (I gather after 8pm CST or EST? ) or in the wee hours of the morning. I have to experiment with durations as evening is a bit more loaded but early morning seems faster, so if I can get suitable timeframes, I can figure out when to do it.

Currently the process shouldn't run more than 10-15mins.
So if you were to start your requests around 12:30 CST, you should be ok.
