I'm sorry to ask this, but I can't locate any of the prior posts on this topic.

What is the minimum recommended time interval between sending a watch request and then a remove watch request so as not to stress the IQ server?

There is currently no set guidlines in place on how much time needs to elapse between requests.

With that said, I am curious as to what kind of issue you are having to bring forth this type of question.

We generally try to discourage the need for someone to continually watch and unwatch symbols.

If you explain what you are trying to accomplish, perhaps there is another way to provide you with the data you need to accomplish your goals.
