jstar -Interested User- Posts: 27 Joined: Mar 8, 2005	Posted: Mar 8, 2005 09:47 AM Msg. 1 of 2 I use Quotetracker with IQFeed data. The Globex datafeed continues to lag real time. This issue started February 28th and continues today especially during volume surges. I spoke to Loren at live support on Friday. She informed me IqFeed was having issues with CME datafeed and it would be resolved on Friday. She was to email me when the issue was resolved. This is the 7th day of lagging quotes and makes it almost impossible to trade especially with @ER2H5. When is this issue going to be resolved? 7 days is totally unacceptable!

I also notice that on March 4, user "jean" posted a comment about slow data as well. So here is what really bothers me. Someone from DTN has posted replies to other issues since "jean" post, but no one has bothered to address "jean"'s issue. So now there are three of us, and I suspect there will be more DTN customers posting here regarding this issue. Seems to me, that this is a rather serious issue, since if the data isn't timely, it doesn't matter what other cool bells and whistles are offered, you can't trade with any sense of confidence that you are looking at a real market. I hope someone from DTN thinks enough of several customers posting on the same CRITCAL issue to at least post a reasonable response in a timely fashion.... Tradinoncoffee
