jay.any chance of getting spot forex feed from citibank. the barclays feed was down again today.third time in approx 2 weeks? citbank is regarded as alead indecator.ie if ther tick is going down the other follow . citibank in london is the main player in the european session tullet.the quotes never really follow the market that closely

Highly unlikely. Citibank is the benchmark used for many transactions, but they don't offer raw datafeeds for redistribution last I checked.
