For the stock exchanges, NYSE,AMEX,NASDAQ, OTCBB, etc.. is there a time by which all the daily prices have been posted. Is it different for each exchange? And does DTN broadcast them more then once, or even continuously? Sometimes it seems that if I miss the 1-1:30 pm PST period (electricity or computer failure, computer reboot) that's it...I've lost the EOD prices for that day. Is this possible...I remember with BMI satellite and FM broadcasts the EOD closing prices were broadcast continuously so you would never miss them if you left your computer on long enough.
I'm using DTN IQFeed and Hyperserver Lite into Tradestation 2000i.

We have found that all of the equity exchanges have stopped quoting/trading by 7:30pm. Since you are on IQFeed, there isn't a broadcast of EOD data (like on satellite), you just need to get the current quote record which will give you the data for the day. I don't know if Hyperserver has a function to refresh the data if you lose power/connection, but it would be worth asking them.
