globalserver w/ hiperserver dont save open interes. It is possible save the data (open interes)?

I would suggest contacting Hyperserver support. This is a function that would be specific to Hyperserver as we provide the open interest values in the feed and historical requests. Possibly another member here will see this and be able to answer your question though!
