I'm submitting a HIT request:
HIT,F,60,20100823 101500,20100823 104500,,0930,1600,1,req0,10000
The results I receive (first and last) are: req0,2010-08-23 10:16:00,11.8000,11.7800,11.7950,11.7900,6786982,150943, ... lots more data ... req0,2010-08-23 10:46:00,11.7100,11.6700,11.7001,11.6900,12098531,336128,
I'm requesting one-minute quotes from 10:15am to 10:45ambut the response timestamps indicate 10:16am to 10:46am.
Is the timestamp identifying the end of each interval instead of the beginning? Is this expected behavior?

Hello orbwen, the timestamps on interval data are actually the second immediately following the interval.
For example: Your 10:16:00 bar above represents data from 10:15:00 - 10:15:59. Likewise, your 10:46:00 bar above would represent data from 10:45:00 - 10:45:59.
