Hoping that someone could tell me what this covers, as far as I knew OTC stocks were not traded on on the NASDAQ, or is this a misnomer?

Hello Davewolfs, the OTC & OTCBB stocks are part of the NASDAQ exchange and usually when they switch over from being a penny stock will become part of the normal NASDAQ exchange more often than the NYSE or AMEX.
