Msg. 1 of 2
I am headed out of town. I have a new laptop and need to import some 1200 stocks on my main watchlist to this computer.
This computer does not have any DTN downloaded on it.
How do I move the program from one computer to another and have access to mu watchlists?
I understand that I won't be able to be in the DTN program on both at the same time, i would just like to have it on this computer immediately.
TIA
Diamond

Diamond,
The watch lists are stored in files. Assuming you haven't changed the default directory, your watch list files are located in the DTN.IQ directory with a file extension of .wat. All you need to do is move those files to the new computer and you are all set. The file name is the name of the watch list, so it should be relatively easy to find.
