Due to extremely high market volume, we will be disabling equity and index option data on our x.x.156.x server farm in order to alleviate delay problems being seen. If you need equity and index options data, please contact support at 800-779-7299, on our website via RT Chat or via email. They will give you instructions on modifying your host file to force a connection to the new servers on the x.x.148.x server farm which will still have options data.

This action is only temporarily and will be needed until we release our new server code to the x.x.156.x server farm.

Can I get instructions on how to connect to 156 farm only? 148 servers have been a pain in my A$$ due to flakey ISP between me & you.

Hi Ned,

Add an entry for login.interquote.com into your HOSTS file with any of the 156 farm login servers. You can get a list of the available servers by running 'nslookup login.interquote.com' (which returns a list of 7 servers at the moment).

Regards,

Neil Brennan

Hi Neil,

For option traders, we have no choice but to use 148 farm, since DTN IQFeed turned off option feed from 156.

Thanks

Any chance of turning back on the option feeds on the 156?

I imagine there are a # of us in the same boat as me: needing to use the 156 servers while incompatibilities with the 148s are worked out but still needing options data in the meantime.
