I can't seem to find the Italian S&P/MIB futures in the symbols guide... is it not supported? The typical base symbol for this is something like:
S&P/MIB ^SPMIB
Thanks!

I requested information on this symbol from our data integrity dept. Here is what Stewert found for us.
The S&P/MIB is an index of Italian stocks. We provide a once-a-day update on this index in the afternoon, IQ symbol MIB30.X
I hope this helps.
We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors but they all have to learn to live in the same box.

Thanks for the quick and courteous answer. It appears you don't support a real-time feed from that exchange, for the purpose of trading S&P/MIB futures. Please consider adding this to your "wish list" of covered exchanges.

Good luck lewcifer. Did you see this? Read Jay's response, for which I thank him for this public honesty about the situation. http://forums.iqfeed.net/index.cfm?page=topic&topicID=1104JADE and Bursa Malaysia - I couldn't believe it....a crying shame - literally....
