Hello,
I have a trial account currently. It should roll over into a “real” account at the end of the week. I am using this for initial connectivity testing of my software that uses your API. So far, all looks great. However, my quotes are coming in as delayed instead of real-time (as far as the "CUST" system message indicates). My iQFeed sales rep indicates that I am authorized for NASDAQ, NYSE and AMEX real-time data currently. Any thoughts on what might be the underlying issue?
BTW: I wish there was an area on the iQFeed web site that shows what the current account status is for my account (such as showing which exchanges I am already paid for, days left in subscription, subscription fees, etc.)

Thanks Loren for your quick help. Yes, that was it. Now my app is getting streaming quotes quite nicely. Customer support response in an hour...can't beat that! Keep up the good work!
