I am also getting the "Failure retrieving login information" message from the IQ Connect Login dialog. However, I suspect that my problem might be due to my being a new user. Which login do I put in the "login"? My application one or my username? I'm assuming the latter as that is the only one I have a password for. However if you could check that would help out a lot.

I did know to change the parameters on the call to RegisterClientApp to be my product name...
