I recently subsribed to Investor RT using IB as the data feed for the last traaded prices and DTN mkt access as backfill. I am having problems getting the backfill to work. Todays charts has the last price (presumably from IB) and no intraday bars.

I am running Inv RT, running Ib's TWS and am getting the lastprices from IB but not intraday bars which was supposed to be DTN's job. Do I need to install any software from DTN? I downloaded and ran iq connection manager thinking that would do the trick but still no intra-day bars. Inv Rt gave me a 6 digit DTN Acess ID which I used to enter and activate the dtn IQ connection manager but am still not getting any data. Any suggestions? Thanks
