Hello It seems there is a discrepancy in the tick size for the FTSE China A50 Index Futures (CN#) between different platforms. While IQFeed correctly shows a tick size of 1 USD, Bookmap and Quantower display a tick size of 2.5 USD... This issue could be due to platform--specific settings or a data feed mismatch. I recommend checking the tick size settings in Bookmap and Quantower and contacting their support teams to ensure the correct data feed settings for CN#. Thank You

Hi Thelo, Most of the time, the message "50007 No file available" means that there is no data file that matches the parameters you entered (FDS,8,122,20240531). Check that the format (FDS,8,122) is correct and that the data you are requesting exists for the given date (20240531). Double check with your data supplier or framework head for any issues with information accessibility or framework setups. Thanks
