"Thanks for the great product and support. During this week of high volume trading, my QuoteTracker + IQ Feed setup never missed a beat. Also, thanks for your swiftness in responding to data issues. I was on ******* for a few years before I made the switch over early this year, and wish I had done it a long time ago." - Comment from Ken

"Just a quick one to say I'm very impressed so far :) The documentation for developers is excellent and I've quickly managed to get an app written to do historical downloads. The system is very robust and pretty quick considering the extent of data that's available. The support guys have been very helpful too, in combination with the forums it's been plain sailing so far!" - Comment from Adam
"DTN feed was the only feed that consistently matched Bloomberg feed for BID/ASK data verification work these past years......DTN feed is a must for my supply & demand based trading using Cumulative Delta" - Comment from Public Forum Post

ProphetX does not provide a bid/ask change field, but you can link the bid and ask size fields to your spreadsheet and it will change and update just like the price – just set up a formula in excel to reflect the change every time the bid and ask changes.

Temporary Admin rights must be granted for each user for each installation. Once admin rights are removed after the installation, the application should work, but maybe not in it's entirety as you described. Please contact our service desk at 800 532 0136 for further assistance.

I have not been able to find any gap or bad data for the symbol @ymh8. Please contact us at support@iqfeed.net, or your charting software provider for further assistance.
I've included a screenshot of a 5 min. @ymh8 chart taken from IQfeed.

The feed from Reuters stopped yesterday morning. We contacted Reuters and they also were not receiving data from Barclays. They are researching the problem.

Are you still seeing this problem? I tried to duplicate the problem here, but did not see any gap on the 9th on the daily data. please see attachment

We have been informed by the exchange that the Pit traded Dow Jones trading times have changed as of 1/12/08 from 8:30 a.m. est to 9:30 a.m. est.

This is what my 5 min. ensign @esh8 looks like, still can't produce the same gap.
Ken Heinze, Market Access Customer Service
Is the problem resolved? I do not see a gap in this chart at that time/// see attachment. it sounds you are describing a recurring gap that only appears for a short time and re-appears.-----Either that is the case or... is it possible there could be timing issue where the software is not configured to read the data?
Ken Heinze, Market Access Customer Service
I am still checking into why these charts are showing spikes - I left a 5 min @esh8 chart open overnight and it looked normal this morning. (I have a note in to Ensign support on this as well)

I am checking into this and will post here with any information as soon as possible.

Are you also using Ensign? or is it a different program... I can see all the data from 1/08 on a 5 min. Ensign Chart. (without any spikes up or down) --- There is a spike filter in Ensign which can be found on the data tab when you double left click on the chart.

The continuation symbol is LF# - and it is pulling about 1 yr. of minute data. At this time there is no daily data, which we are checking into... but there is weekly & monthly data to 2/29/1999 DTN does not provide more than 8 days of tick data on any symbol
Ken Heinze, Market Access Customer Service
I am not able to see any spikes on these charts at this time. I do keep an @es# chart running all night on ensign and it does not show any unusual characteristics. I will post more information here as it becomes available
