"I just wanted to say how happy I am with your service. I was able to download the API docs last week and I was able to replicate Interactive Brokers historical bar queries and realtime bar queries over the weekend. That was about one of the fastest integrations that I've ever done and it works perfectly!!!!" - Comment from Jason via Email
"This is an excellent value, the system is generous (allowing for 500 stocks) and stable (and really is tick-by-tick), and the support is fantastic." - Comment from Shirin via Email
"Just a thank you for the very helpful and prompt assistance and services. You provided me with noticeably superior service in my setup compared to a couple of other options I had looked at." - Comment from John
"IQFeed version 4 is a real screamer compared to anything else I have seen." - Comment from Tom
"You have an excellent feed. Very few spikes for Spot Forex." - Comment from Public Forum Post
"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"I noticed that ******* quotes locked up shortly after the interest rate announcement yesterday while yours stayed stable." - Comment from Ron in Utah
"I just wanted to let you know how fast and easy I found it to integrate IQFeed into our existing Java code using your JNI client. In my experience, such things almost never go so smoothly - great job!" - Comment from Nate
"And by the way, have to say this. I love the IQFeed software. It's rock solid and it has a really nice API." - Comment from Thomas via RT Chat
"I've been using IQFeed 4 in a multi-threaded situation for the last week or two on 2600 symbols or so with 100 simultaneous daily charts, and I have had 100% responsiveness." - Comment from Scott

There are few blancks in EB#C data, downloaded from IQFeed:

From 2007-01-16 14:30:00 to 2007-01-21 18:59:00 - 5 days
From 2007-02-13 14:30:00 to 2007-02-18 19:04:00 - 5 days
From 2007-05-16 14:31:00 to 2007-05-20 19:03:00 - 4 days

From 2007-12-13 17:15:00 to 2008-03-13 20:12:00 - 91 days, the biggest one.

Blancks in QNG#C data:
2007-01-29 14:30:00 - 2007-02-04 18:01:00 = 6 days
2007-03-28 14:30:00 - 2007-04-01 18:01:00 = 4 days
2007-05-29 14:30:00 - 2007-06-04 00:02:00 = 5 days
2007-12-21 16:59:00 - 2008-02-24 18:01:00 = 65 days, the biggest one.

And in QCL#C same thing:

2007-02-20 14:30:00 - 2007-02-26 11:24:00 = 5 days
2007-03-20 14:31:00 - 2007-03-27 14:04:00 = 6 days
2007-12-13 17:01:00 - 2008-02-14 18:01:00 = 63 days

It seems like that there is a same issue can be in other futures too.

Unfortunately it has been determined the data in question is unrecoverable and we will not be able to secure another source for the missing data.

If I find same issue in other futures-symbols, should I report to you? Or there is no chance that you can fix it in any case?

If you locate minute data back 10-13 years then yes the answer would be the same. If it's daily data I would submit it for correction.

To expedite this process I would contact us directly at support@iqfeed.net
