Created a program that retrieves the Options Chain via COM, but when the Client uses the program, the Option Chain is not returned from IQFEED. Nothing is returned at all. The Option Chain is retrieved fine in my developers account but is not returned in the clients account. Any ideas?

There should be nothing account related that would stop someone from being able to retrieve option chain information from IQFeed.
When you say "The Option Chain is retrieved fine in my developers account but is not returned in the clients account": Are you using both accounts on the same computer? or is the client using his account on a different computer?
If it is a different computer, I would recommend running the diagnostics in IQFeed on the offending computer.
1) Open Diagnostics.exe from the IQFeed Installation directory (or from the IQFeed folder in the start menu) 2) Switch the log level drop down menu to "All Data Flow" 3) Click Test (this will prompt you to login to the feed. If it doesn't, close out of IQFeed completely and start over at step 1). 4) Note any tests that do not have check marks. 5) Click on "View Log" (this should open the IQFeed Log file in notepad) 6) click Stop 7) switch the log level back to "No Logging" (make sure you do this to prevent potential future performance problems in IQFeed)
Please post here (or email dev support) with the results to 4) as well as the Logfile contents.
If it is the same computer, please do the above for both accounts.

Certainly interesting. I would recomend logging into the feed with your app and then opening the diags app and run netstat (as we were trying to do in chat).

For reference:
This ended up being a case where another app was using the default Lookup Port for IQFeed.
