I understand, and you are right.
I will compile my product ID into the application and let the users enter their own login and password for market data feed.
Since I don't have a second login, I wanted to make sure that my application will work for different users.

Thank you for the quick response.
I removed the ID but when I start the IQConnect.exe I get a message saying 'Awaiting product ID and version'.
Do I need to do something else?

Hi,

Is it possible to start the IQConnect.exe with a product ID that I got for my API but with the different user of the iqfeed?
What I want to do is develop an application that will automatically start the IQFeed using the API and then let other people, subscribers only to the market data, to use it.
