I want access to level II (Time and Sales, and DOM) of currency futures (specific: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/JPY and CHF/JPY).

What is the package I have to choose?

I think: CME - $91 + IQFeed Level II - 20$/month

Is that correct?
$ 91 is per month or annual?
