A customer is having trouble with streaming data for Indices, like VIX.XO and VIX3M.XO. From the description, there appear to be no updates, which are expected at least every 15 seconds for these instruments.

Is it possible that these are updated only as a "P" Summary message? (Our Dev feed doesn't have perms for these indices.)

In case this wasn't resolved in the meantime: I've been seeing 15 sec updates for VIX.XO
today.

Both VIX3M.XO and VIX.XO only update from the exchange every 15 seconds.

If you are having problems pulling updates using the API please contact us at support@iqfeed.net and we will provide steps to you on how to contact our developer support team via email and chat.

You can also utilize IQ Feed Applications on your desktop(Time and Sales or Charts) using tick data you will see both symbols updating once every 15 seconds from the exchange.

Please see attached screenshot of a Time and Sales as an example.
